These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Allegheny Paper & Press Co. website at megapapeleria.mx and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Allegheny Paper & Press Co. is a sole proprietorship owned by William Klock, with a place of business at 1086 Stiles Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15206, United States.
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout for orders shipped within Pennsylvania. Prices, product descriptions and availability may change without notice. If we identify a pricing error before shipment, we will contact you and either honor the correct price with your consent or cancel the order and issue a full refund.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay through Stripe. Payment is charged at the time your order is placed. If a payment is later reversed for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and recover any goods already shipped.

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom-imprinted or monogrammed items are final sale. Full procedure and prepaid return labels are described on the Shipping & Returns page.
All content on this website — including text, photography, illustrations, the Allegheny Paper & Press name and logo, and the design of the site itself — is owned by Allegheny Paper & Press Co. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark and trade-dress law. You may not reproduce, republish or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You agree not to use the site to (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) attempt to breach our security, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape content en masse, or introduce malware or automated agents; (d) impersonate another person; or (e) interfere with the operation of the site or our servers.
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Product photography represents typical items; small variations in paper color and grain are normal in a handmade product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allegheny Paper & Press Co., its owner and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or purchase of our products. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allegheny Paper & Press Co., its owner and employees against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
