Domestic shipping

We ship every business day from our workshop at 1086 Stiles Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15206. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern go out the same afternoon. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ship the next business day.

International shipping

We ship to Canada and Mexico on request. Please email manager@megapapeleria.mx with your cart and destination and we'll return a shipping quote within one business day. Customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes charged at the border.

Processing times

Orders are packed by hand. During ordinary weeks we ship the same or next business day. During the winter holidays and Mother's Day week we may need one additional business day; we post any delays at the top of the homepage.

Returns & exchanges

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Custom-imprinted items (corporate orders, monogrammed journals) are final sale.

  1. Email manager@megapapeleria.mx with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  2. We'll email a prepaid USPS return label within one business day.
  3. Once the parcel arrives at our workshop, refunds are issued within 2 business days.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel and its contents and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement immediately and file the carrier claim ourselves — you should never have to argue with UPS on our behalf.

Gift orders

Every order is wrapped in recycled kraft and tied with waxed twine at no extra cost. If you'd like a handwritten card included, add a note in the checkout comments and William or Nora will write it before the parcel leaves the workshop.
